Brad Baron

Owner

Brad first came to the home improvement space in 2018 after returning from a deployment to the Horn of Africa with the 39th Infantry Brigade Combat Team of the Arkansas Army National Guard. In his first job back, he worked for a major orange-colored home improvement store selling gutters, siding, windows, roofing, and insulation to homeowners. Since then, he's done a number of things in and out of the industry including storm restoration roofing in four different states, attending language school for Modern Standard Arabic, and instructing on a contract for Joint Special Operations Command at Ft. Bragg, North Carolina.

Brad is married to his gorgeous wife, Katy, and has two kids, a dog, and two cats. He served 16 years in the Army and separated as a qualified Civil Affairs officer at the rank of major in 2022. Brad is passionate about the smallest of details and can often be seen driving the team just a bit crazy ensuring that everything is just right for our customers.

Brian Rauls

Operations Manager

Originally from El Dorado, Arkansas, embarked on a journey of academic excellence early in life. He graduated high school in the small town of Bearden, demonstrating his dedication to education. Brian continued his pursuit of knowledge at the University of Arkansas at Monticello (UAM), where he excelled academically, graduating Cum Laude.


After his college years, Brian's life took him to various places, including Camden, where he undoubtedly made an impact on the community. Along the way, he found his love, Kaylee, and got married, settling down in the small community of Ward.
Brian's most cherished role is that of a father to his beautiful daughter, Remi. Parenthood has added a new dimension of joy and purpose to his life.


Professionally, Brian is a High Caliber’s Operations Manager, known for his exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills. He consistently demonstrates his dedication to excellence in all aspects of his work. Brian's commitment to his career reflects his commitment to his family and his community, making him a truly remarkable individual.

Julia Bullock

Office Manager & Community Relations

Julia Bullock wears many hats with grace and determination. Born and raised in the heart of Arkansas, she is a wife, mother, and “Sassy.” Julia is married to her amazing husband, Michael Bullock, and together they are raising their beautiful family. Their strong family bonds have grown even deeper with two grandsons.


In 2023, Julia was honored with the title of "Arkansas Military Spouse of the Year." This recognition is a testament to her unwavering support for her husband's military service and her commitment to making a positive impact within her community. Her role as a military spouse has required strength, resilience, and adaptability, and Julia has exemplified these qualities throughout her journey.


Julia has a passion for classic cars. She is currently undertaking the restoration of her 1970 VW Karmann Ghia, Claudia.
